Luck Louise

Special guests supporting Mitchell are the talented duo LUCK LOUISE.

After years of deliberating on their own projects, Heidi Louise & Lucky have come together to portray their stories in a way that can only be accomplished as a brother-sister duo.

Luck-Louise draw influence from their upbringing in the wilderness of Cape Schanck, hope, happiness, freedom and equal rights. Lucky’s intricate finger picking and Heidi’s soulful vocals are a match tied by blood.

Musically Influenced by Artist’s such as Will Varley, John Butler, First Aid Kit, Colby Calait, Joni Mitchell and Missy Higgins, the combination of genres’ and descriptive lyrics, brings a strong energy of vulnerability to the stage.

Heidi Louise Luckhurst, a mother, a youth worker and music coach, incorporates her daily adventures and life experiences to tell stories through her songs that capture the moments many of us have experienced in our own way before.

Her sibling and younger brother, Ryan Luckhurst has crafted his lyrics also around his life experiences. Focusing a lot on the politics of earth, delving deep into his connection with nature spiritually, expressing the importance of passion rather than money. Combined, the brother sister duo have raw, real, rootsy and humble stories to share which create powerful connections to their audiences.
